The Sports Buffet: Talking High School Sports with Bob Alvis has arrived. This blog is dedicated to high school sports with the main focus being in the Central Virginia area. This blog will focus more on the positive attributes of the athletes and teams in the Central Virginia area. You can check out interviews from "Talking High School Sports", which was formerly broadcasted on AM 1000, WKDE (http://www.kdcountry.com/), at http://thesportsbuffet.mypodcast.com/. This blog is not going to be intended to "fire up" any individual (player or coach) or team or school. This will reflect my opinion, predictions will be mine alone, when they are made and so forth.
